This month we are celebrating spring with a four course dinner paired with craft beer from Georgia based Wild Heaven Craft Beers.

 1st Course:

Littleneck clams, wild ramps, garlic, oranges, steamed in “Let There Be Light” with toasted baguette

 2nd Course:

Spinach salad with garlic ranch dressing, grilled onion, fresh parsley and fried pork belly tossed in sorghum chili sauce

-Wild Heaven Invocation

 3rd Course:

Grilled coffee rubbed pork tenderloin, creamer potato salad with cilantro and lemon zest, sugar snap peas

-Wild Heaven Ode to Mercy

 4th Course:

Spring Fruit (strawberry, blueberry, plums) topped with an Eschaton Sabayon

-Wild Heaven  Eschaton

 

$30 for four course dinner  $45 with beer pairings
